From the broth to the noodles and the sauces to the toppings, it’s all crafted in-house. Sure, it’s a bit more work, but it makes the food taste so much better, and we think you’ll agree!

Literally writing this as I’m sitting at the bar because everything was so good. First time here and they did not disappoint. We did the chef’s choice 18 piece sushi plus a Black Cod noodle dish to share. Oh and we had the tuna cheek appetizer. The food was all incredible and the service was just as amazing. You could watch every employee here and see their focus on perfecting whatever they were doing. We can’t wait to come back, likely later this week.

Food was amazing, from the sushi to the noodle dishes! The miso cod udon was spectacular and the broth for pork tonkotsu ramen was rich and flavorful!! Service was also super nice and attentive- our server was able to change the number of tuna rice crackers to accommodate our party and make sure everyone could try a piece :)
